Sophisticated Art Deco glass vase made of vibrant orange glass with a black base, inspired by the iconic “Tango Glass” designs developed in Bohemia during the 1920s and 1930s by prestigious firms such as Loetz and Anton Rückl & Söhne.
The piece stands out for its spectacular color combination of intense translucent orange and deep, glossy black, a characteristic aesthetic of the European Art Deco movement. Its elegant, elongated, and stylized silhouette gives it a strong visual presence, making it a true sculptural object even without flowers.
The design presents a refined balance between geometry, verticality, and contrast, evoking the glamour and modernity of interwar Bohemian glass.
It retains remnants of an old label on the base.
In very good vintage condition, with very slight signs of use consistent with its age. No significant damage. Only minor surface scratches on the top of the black base (see detailed photo). No chips.
