For shipments outside the European Union (EU), the buyer assumes full responsibility for any customs clearance procedures that may arise during package delivery, as well as their complete cooperation with the relevant customs authorities. Otherwise, the seller will under no circumstances refund the shipping costs or cover the return of the package to its country of origin (Spain).
