The piece features the emblematic and characteristic stylized cat designed by the renowned glassmaker Antonio Da Ros, one of the most iconic and recognizable figures in his artistic output.
This exceptional piece is further enhanced by its creation of Murano glass containing uranium oxide, a material that gives it its distinctive greenish-yellow hue and the fascinating ability to glow intensely under ultraviolet light, a characteristic of the well-known "uranium glass."
Most likely produced for the prestigious Vetreria Cenedese around the 1960s, it is undoubtedly a true collector's item, extremely difficult to find on the current market.
